I offer science and maths tuition face-to-face in Causewayhead, Stirling. My tutoring is tailored to meet the needs of individual students and their learning style.  My speciality is Biology, which I teach up to advanced higher. I also teach Chemistry, Physics and Maths up to GCSE/Nat 5 level. I have experience teaching students with special needs.

This includes working on the basics, understanding scientific or mathematical concepts, study techniques, revision and exam preparation

Over 20 years experience of working in industry, teaching in secondary schools and running my own business whilst tutoring science and maths,  I keep up to date with all the latest changes to the curriculum and exams.

Learning in a school environment can be very stressful for some young people. I aim to have a relaxed atmosphere in lessons and encourage young people to ask questions without judgement.
